WOMEN IN WELLNESS

An Intentional Sisterhood.
A Collective Movement.

A community of women building women.

An intentional sisterhood supporting the whole woman—mentally, physically, spiritually, emotionally, and financially. Rooted in connection, accountability, and collective empowerment.

ABOUT WOMEN IN WELLNESS

A Sisterhood for Every Stage of Becoming.

Women in Wellness is a growing, women-centered community and collaborative ecosystem dedicated to supporting the whole woman—mentally, physically, spiritually, emotionally, and financially.

Founded through NoniKnows Holistic Healing Houses, our collective brings together women from all walks of life, backgrounds, beliefs, professions, and stages of becoming.

We are entrepreneurs, mothers, healers, creatives, professionals, homemakers, visionaries, and women seeking genuine connection, support, and community.

We recognize that no two women walk the same path, and that is our strength.

Our Purpose

To cultivate intentional spaces where women feel heard, seen, supported, and empowered to thrive both independently and collectively.

Through meaningful conversations, wellness experiences, educational opportunities, collaborative initiatives, community events, and genuine sisterhood, we create opportunities for women to share their gifts, expand their resources, strengthen their relationships, and build sustainable lives.

We believe that when women have access to the right community, resources, accountability, and support, we become powerful catalysts for change—not only in our own lives, but in our families and communities.

What We Are—and What We Are Not

A sisterhood, not a competition.

We celebrate each woman’s individuality without comparison, intimidation, or the need to diminish another woman’s light.

A collective, not a customer base.

A collective, not a customer base.

A community of accountability, not an echo chamber.

We encourage honest conversations, constructive feedback, emotional intelligence, and personal responsibility. Growth sometimes requires uncomfortable conversations, and we approach those moments with compassion, maturity, and mutual respect.

A space for connection, not conformity.

We honor diverse spiritual beliefs, cultural backgrounds, lifestyles, perspectives, and personal journeys. No woman is required to abandon her individuality to belong.

A space for growth, not performance.

We do not expect perfection, constant positivity, or a curated version of womanhood. We value authenticity, self-awareness, integrity, and the willingness to evolve.

The Intention Behind Your Seat at the Table

Every woman is a main character in her own right, and every woman holds a unique piece of the collective puzzle.

Membership is not about titles, popularity, financial status, or how much you have accomplished. It is about your intentions and your willingness to contribute to something greater than yourself.

01-Authenticity

Show up as yourself, without performance or pretense.

02-Accountability

Take ownership of your words, actions, healing, and personal growth.

03-Reciprocity

Be willing to give support as well as receive it, within your capacity.

04-Respect

Honor differences in beliefs, experiences, boundaries, and perspectives.

05-Collaboration

Seek opportunities to build together rather than compete.

06-Integrity

Communicate honestly, respect confidentiality, and honor your commitments.

07-Community Mindset

Recognize that collective success requires intentional participation, not simply association.

OUR VISION

Individual Growth. Collective Possibility.

To build an interconnected ecosystem of women who serve as one another’s accountability partners, prayer partners when welcomed, collaborators, resource connectors, problem solvers, and sources of strength.

A community where women can access wellness resources, professional opportunities, education, mentorship, meaningful relationships, and safe spaces to simply be.

Where personal development and economic empowerment coexist. Where sisterhood is practiced, not just preached.

Where differences do not automatically create division, and difficult conversations become opportunities for understanding rather than abandonment.

We believe in quality over quantity, collaboration over competition, and collective progress without sacrificing individual sovereignty.

Explore Our Community.

ARE YOU ALIGNED?

Your Seat at the Table Awaits.

Women in Wellness is for women who desire more than surface-level connections.

For women willing to grow, contribute, learn, unlearn, support, and be supported.

For women who understand that building a genuine sisterhood requires intention, emotional maturity, mutual respect, and consistent effort.

You do not have to have everything figured out. You simply have to be willing to show up with genuine intentions.

Closing statement:
Because we don’t come together just to say we did it. We’re able to do it because we come together.
